We have been going to swim lessons 4 days a week for the last 6 weeks and its really paying off. Both girls are doing great on their "kicks & scoops" and both girls have gone off the diving board several times. We are taking the next session off, but will be back in action in 2 weeks.

ELizabeth's first time off the board!
I couldn't resist adding this old picture of Jay. This is the only picture we have of him near water as a child. He is a firm believer that humans DO NOT have fins for a reason. He has been a great sport this summer and swims with the girls at Nonnie and Papa's pool almost every weekend! What a great Daddy!
